Strategically forecast and manage multiple budgets of the School and its departments
Support research projects with industrial partners and external funding agencies
Review and award campus summer research grants
Support a culture of assessment that drives continuous program improvement and specialized program accreditation
Inspire a warm, welcoming workplace featuring open communication, inclusiveness, and trust
Oversee the administration of academic policies fairly and equitably
Promote a culture of teaching excellence and degree attainment through the applications of STEM education innovations and teaching best practices
Advocate for best practices in remote instruction through technology-mediated classrooms
Collaborate with two-year institutions to offer promote transfer and joint admission agreements
